Here - its a great fuel, MUCH cheaper than race gas, and cools the engine even more than the octane would demonstrate.
You are the one that started posting specs om E85 and then you get bent out of shape? WTF?

Did you ever use it in a boosted 928?................I didn't think so either.

Yes, Dipwad, I posted TECHNICAL info/Specs on the fuel which have no connection to the politics. You posted about the politics and non-technical issues and I asked that you keep that **** where it belongs. This is a technical forum. Hippy Gas? Way to be bro, way to be.

Having personally used it in a boosted 928 has nothing to do with anything I posted or any of the knowledge I have of the fuel. The fact that you feel compelled to remind me of it in such a sniveling, back-handed manner belies your true character. I have of course been reminded before, but its always good to get a refresher so I know who's out there.

Who the F are you to ask for anything? "Hippy Gas" WAS a technicall comment. Backhanded comments or not....I call things as I see it but getting your panties in a bunch was an unexpected result. Posting facts on somethign one never used or had first hand experience, is all the character indication I need.

Your assumptions of first hand experience are off base. Just like your knowledge of the fuel.

Rotrex shows the C38-81 on a Mustang 243hp to 404hp which is 67% gain
http://www.rotrex.com/Home/Superchar...4-2c94385320aa
Looks like about 161hp gain or 67% they claimed around 65% so even alittle better 67% on the Mustang

They talk about the C38-91 being 11% more flow around 75% compared to the C38-81
http://www.rotrex.com/Home/Technology/New_Releases.aspx

So on a 316hp motor with 65% to 75% will it be in the area of 520 to 550hp when properly setup?

Thanks M928 thats the info I was after, what do you calculate the
boost pressure would be at that 75% -- 550hp level

Like I said.... 8lbs boost.. and we hit it at the dyno today
Guess I should be more direct hey. Sorry I was just trying to say there are alot of variables. Such as where your reading the boost from, intercooled, if your engine is ported, etc, etc... Its not about how much preasure you make, but how much air you can get into the cylinder.

Some of the other guys running superchargers when going to a bigger pipe diameter to the MAF seemed to gain more hp too, thats if it was undersized to begin with.
Cool you did some more runs look forward to the test.

simply put... if you put this bad boy on a v6, you would probobly hit like 12lbs boost, and on a v8 engine with good cams and ported/pollished heads you would probobly only hit 6lbs because there is less resistance and more flow. But it sure would cram a lot of air into each cylinder and it would make lots of POWER

we were over 450 at the wheels with both hp and tq

Hey... 1 added note.... Anyone know off the top of there head what the max HP is on the stock fuel pump. Our fuel preasure was dropping today when we were cranking her hard

Careful Imre, anytime Ethanol comes up Brendan gets a boner and all rational discussions are off the table. He's always right.

One thing is for sure, between the two of them, you will get 13 different results, and corresponding data to back each of them up.

Without an intercooler those are some good numbers by just starting out.
Alot of info in the search archives.

Post #4 by AO stock pump up to 500RWHP maybe alittle over, hes been running a couple of supercharged cars.
Not sure if its your stock pump but a couple questions would be:
Was there a way to test the flow of the fuel rails that were made up?
Is the braided line going to the fuel rails as big ID as stock, same or larger?
Fuel filter new in the system?
