I'm figuring to offer this unit in 2 steps. The first is just a basic inexpensive 4psi setup with a 100mm pulley on the charger, bracket and fuel rails. The second setup will be with a 70 mm pulley, larger injectors, and shark tuned chip. Both very simple to install and easy to upgrade from a level 1 to level 2. I can sell the level one now, but as you can see the level 2 will be a few weeks.
Thanks for the answer on the exhaust and chips.
Any more close up pictures of the front area with belt and pully?

Looks like they took the planetary design idea from Paxton and made it more compact and efficcient.

Nice looking setup. I am pretty sure it will fit an 85-86 as well, just needs the boost pipe lengthened to get around the manifold. What PSI are you running with the 75 mm pulley and at that speed its the supercharger maxed out on impeller speed?

I agree,if the pipe would be moved for the 85-86 and the FMU moved if needed.
On 87 and up a combo on the Rotrex using stock fans and the PWR IC might make a nice setup for an easier system to install
compared to other systems as long as the stock fans can keep the car cool.
Screen print off the other video below on the PWR intercooler.

42# injectors, stock fuel pressure and a sharktune.
Im pretty sure i have a set of 24 and 36 Fords laying around.

Good morning all... hope everyone had a great holliday weekend!

I see I have lots of questions to answer, so here goes.

Joe.... boost on the 70mm pulley is 7 to 8lbs

Sean... the new fuel rails are because the charger goes where the front dampner is, and the ugly stock fuel rail on the drivers side gets in the way of the charger intake.

Imre... I do not have a Dyno chart for the 100mm pulley at the moment. But I will get one and post it. Also yes it is a planetary system. It is very compact, super quiet, and smooth. It is an oil cooled and lubricated system.

COS..yes it will fit the 85-86, but I havent tested it on one yet. The throttle assembly in the front will need to be addressed also. The 75mm pulley is 6+ lbs boost, it does not max it out. The 70mm pulley will max it out though, with the crank at 6500rpm the charger will spin at 90,500rpms. Also the 70 is the smallest pulley rotrex makes anyway.

M928... no problem at all keeping things cool with the stock fans. The PWR cooler would work nicely, but I realy like the idea of having the cooler where the stock air filter was so we dont cover up our nice custom painted valve covers. Plus then it works for all models.

Tony.. if you have some extra injector sets and a shark tuner laying around you can become my new best friend!!! Oh shoot, I see you live on the other side of the country. I was planning on stock pressure and bigger injector for stage2, but do you realy think all the way to 42's, and why?

Victor

Victor,
Are you going to do the larger injectors first with another dyno test on stage 1 before you do the upgrade to the intercooler?

Mark... The stage 1 keeps the stock injectors. I am working on Stage 2 with larger injectors and chips.

Dan ... what are deletes

So far then:
Stage 1 100mm pulley and 4lbs of boost everything was ok with 19lb injectors not lean till 75mm smaller pulley?
When you get dyno sheet on stage 1 will it have the A/F ratio too?
Stage 2 75mm pulley and 6lbs of boost working on injectors size will that be with or without intercooler?
Or will there be one more stage with intercooler with 70mm pulley?
Nice job on it so far.

Mark..... you are correct with the stage 1. I will have a complete dyno sheet on that for you soon with A/F ratios and boost.

Stage 2 is still under development... it will be a smaller pulley for more boost, larger injectors, shark tuned chips. The intercooler is still an option at this point. The supercharger is oil cooled and not producing much heat at this point so I have not needed an intercooler.

I may be interested in your #24 injectors if you want to get rid of them Tony.
But I don't think it will be a requirment for my system with zero boost.
