What are your intake air temps and what sender / logger are you using to collect the data?

So far so good.
I agree the best route to take is larger injectors and a custom chips via a Shark Tuner.
Ditch the FMU.

I would say ditch the FMU for both the stage 1 & 2.

BTW, everyone thinks installing the SCer is the hard part, but it's not. Getting a reliable tune is probably 80% of the work.

FMU is already ditched!!! It will not be a part of any of the setups. Its just in the picture because that is how I started and it worked well for development purposes. But I learned fast it's not the way to go.

For sure AO... I am gaining some serious knowlage on fuel injections systems lately. Dialing everything in and doing it correctly takes a lot of time!!!!!!! The idea is to make the install easy, with the sytem being depenable and powerfull, for the end user Oh yeah ... and not cost 2 arms and 1 leg.

I believe they also make a C38-92, which is the same as the 91 but with a little larger inlet. Both units have a slightly longer outlet snout than the std C38 units, if I remember correctly.

I was messing around with a C38-91 last fall. Nice unit, I really like the compact diameter which is what initially caught my interest.

I had a pretty interesting inlet/air filter design for what I was contemplating; I'll see if I can find the templates and post a pic.

Even if the supercharger did not create any heat whatsoever (which is not possible), when you compress air you are automatically heating it up - PV=nRT, not exactly but close for air. I would not be so quick to dismiss an intercooler for such a reason.

If it creates low heat, you could use a fuel with very good cooling effect and run higher boost without an intercooler.

Yes but water/alcohol injection requires constant filling.

I will bang the drum all day long.

Yes - the GAS tank will need refilling, but not as often as a smaller tank that sprays alcohol.
