Default 85 5 speed Euro S on Ebay...

I almost bought this car on a previously run auction. It looks decent for the price from the photos. Fortunately I called 928 Intl. and asked if a Euro could be brought into Califorina. I got the answer that it can only be brought into California if it's been registered here before. It hasn't. Looks like a good deal, but looks can be deceiving... Anyhow, heres a link. No affiliation. In Texas so i'm sure someone over there has already checked it out... Or did it fly under the radar?

No history in Calif I can see, but only tried the smog history, not a carfax etc.

Yes, what a shame. Thanks again to 928 Intl. for keeping me from having the headache of a purchase. I was about to bid when I thought a call would be in order. Disaster avoided. I suppose the parts are worth far more than the asking price though I am not the guy to part it. I'd sooner throw darts at a Van Gogh...

Looks to be sitting mighty low in the rear end for sure! That glove box door is shot. To bad they put the damn bumperettes on the car. Has the upgraded stereo and rear A/C, those were pretty expensive Euro options I bet! I bet it has cruise control too...my '85 Euro does not!
