LACL- 1985 5 Speed Euro
Seems high (what do I know, I just bought a 928 for $225) but a very nice looking car nonetheless.

It does look nicer than my 85 Euro S 5 spd, but so does your Euro Michael.
This is the second 85/86 put up for sale recently at top dollar, $15k for this one, and $12k for a US 86 AT, where the owner has replaced interior etc. As much as I personally like these models, and recognized the value of a nice car vs a project, the price seriously pushes the envelope for an older car. I'm curious to see how both of them do.

Looks quite nice......and its already in CA..so it must pass smog....price does seem a tad high given the soft market....but for a 71k mile LH Euro 5 speed.....in excellent condition with a NEW interior and carpets....maybe not...I'd bet its serious fun to drive!!!

This guy was at SF and I spoke with him. His car is really nice, and the interior is beautiful.
The car is in Cali with a clean title that passes smog and under the hood looks beautiful and clean as well.
After speaking to me a few other people he decided $15k was a good starting point to then take offers. Im certain I could turn that car for $12k easy as a 32V, not sure if the Euro in a 85-86 model fairs the same, better or worse to others out there.
I didn't even notice the 1 sport seat at SF, but I see it in the pictures, im certain he probably did the sport seat conversion on 1 side only or sourced one, I doubt that was an option

I have no affiliation with the seller. However, I just really like this car. So, I emailed the gentleman selling the car for the heck of it. He sent me an itemized list of what was done and some more pics of the car; including the lovely Paul Champagne interior. The list of replacements/work is long (I can share it if anyone cares/just PM). Here are a few pics of the interior, etc.

Beautiful car. These years are my favorite. I thought 85 was the yeAr of the 32v, what's up with the 16v motorin there? Is this an early run 85 or late year 84? Curious...

the 85 and 86 euros had the new seat design like this one, the 84 came with the old style seats. ( this is from what Ive seen in for sale adds)
