Mike that is absolutely hysterical...but what makes it so funny is that it's all true.

I know that I will be doing all of those exact things...

Too funny!!!

Steve-

I'm excited for you too. Mike's list is spot on. We all do it!

Before I forget, shoot me your flight info. That way I'll monitor it and be ready to pick you up (they have a staging area to wait if needed.) Then when you land call my cell and I'll zoom up and pick you up.

Andrew--

Go easy on him in the ride from the airport. The first 928 thrill ride should be the one he takes in his new car. Seriously.

Plus one

He's going to think his new S4 is underpowered after taking a ride in the supercharged GT. That just isn't cool!

Oh alright! I'll keep it out of the boost for the first few minutes... maybe.

Which ones and how can you tell?

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? You're not picking him up in the car he just purchased? That is the right thing to do. Take him for a ride in the SC'd car later to give him a sense of what is possible.

Maybe an offer on the '91 GT will be made that can't be refused.

I don't see that happening... ever!

Here is his car, ready for the big unveiling.

Here's his emergency roadside kit.

Steve,

Whereabouts on the Jersey Shore are you located? I'm in Point Pleasant.

Let me know when you'll be getting the bugs off your new car, I'll swing by with a beer to toast your new acquisition! Let me know what brand you drink.
