I think it is time for the obligatory mention of the New Visitors Thread stickied towards the top of the Forum.
Has tons of great info including the definition (or at least one definition) of an OB.
Also have to mention for a fellow 82 owner, to check to make sure you have steel ball joints since it came from the factory with aluminum which are likely to fail, also fuel lines are old. I would make these two things very high priorities.
Congrats on your car!!!!

You can buy a stainless steel Y-connector from Nicole here on this board.
And, in general, if you buy original or upgraded parts from the sponsors here you won't even need the PET part number.
But do buy the CD set from 928'sRUs It has the PET for part numbers plus an unbelievable compilation of the technical documents that augment the workshop manuals (also included electronically).

Roger at 928sRus can send you everything you need in a simple kit, or you can cheaply get the stuff yourself at the local parts store.
Make sure you get high pressure fuel line and not just fuel lines.
I replaced every bit of fuel hose on my car and I sleep well at night. The stuff in back can prolly wait if you have other stuff to get to.
On an 82, I think fuel lines and ball joints are huge to take care of right away.
Either one going bad can end your fun in a hurry. Nice thing is TBF (either one) is not as big a deal with this MY, so these are two of the major pitfalls. Jobs aren't that bad either.
Visit Sharksin's homepage for the fuel line replacement. Great pix and instructions from a great guy.

If you are hoping to get any interest here you will certainly want to wash it and post new pictures along with complete details of repairs you have done and current condition. Get interior, exterior, engine, and suspension as clean as possible but use NO armor all. Then photograph the hell out those items plus any service history documentation. For what you have posted so far your price seems at least 3x high, but that may just be because your pictures are poor. If you are able to get the price and presentation in line with each other you will need to answer posts in a clear, frendly, and prompt manner. Most of your potential customers would be long distance and buying a car long distance is a huge pain and a requires a huge amount of trust.

My shop partner is an Audi master guild guy, does much turbo work, is a licensed dismantler (focusing on the turbo cars) and tunes.
He wants a 5 speed early 928 to run on the VIR track nearby.
Make a list of items and I'm sure he would trade you....
