35 miles in second gear
Following some repair of a recent shifting problem - https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...g-problem.html - I decided to take the OB for a trip to Indy. Left Libertyville and picked up my father in law in downtown Chicago. Two blocks later, right on Michigan Avenue, the shifter locked up again.
The only gear we had was second gear, which we used all the way back up Milwaukee Avenue back to Libertyville. Two and a half hours, 35 miles.
Took the Toyota Highlander to Indy...
Back to the shop.
