Something the OP should know is that MANY celebrities owned a 928 at one time or another, Selleck actually purchased at least 4 of them, and to date celebrity owned 928's have sold at no more than a 20% premium over similar condition 928's, and most at no premium whatsoever.

Most of these old neglected 928's actually sell at a substantial discount compared to enthusiast owned well maintained 928's.

My 928 was not owned by Tom Selleck. I think that makes mine more valuable.

There was not much interest in this car 3 years ago on Pelican. Why should there be now?

Kind-of has a "George Washington slept here" quality to it.

A full detail would get most of the loose chest hair out of the interior.

Actually, I think Todd knows this approach would hold no water here. I coulda bought Queen Latifa's. She kept it in a garage in lower Manhattan. No kidding. There was no premium being asked, it was just offered as background, same story, "not being driven anymore."

When the poster realizes he needs to pay money to sell here, we'll see.

If this one doesn't pan out, $3,500 will get you the "1981 Porsche from the movie SCARFACE".
DC CL
(it actually is a manual )
