I am gluing my rear view mirror on and can't see the old location. Can someone give me a measurement from the top edge where the glass starts to the uppermost top of the mirror attachment point. TIA ... Gunar

Normally, you would measure and mark the spot from on outside for placement of the button on the inside.

According to my post here,

measured from the bottom of the aluminum trim piece, the factory button was placed 4-7/8" away (to the top of the button).

But the actual placement is not that critical, as there is plenty of adjustment in the mirror.

WSM states 110mm from top and 630mm from side. But I am sure that Borlands advice will be just fine.
