Default Color Match Paint

I recently had an ugly bumper and now it's not as ugly. Take a look.

2 before and 2 after.

It was basically a spray can of primer, a can of base coat (color matched) and a can of clear coat.

When I'm ready I'll get another bumper cover and have it professionally done. For now I think it looks pretty good.

What do you guys think?

Oh! It's a rather small picture, so I admit I didn't notice.

They look subtle, and play well with the black rear spoiler and bumperettes.

The color match is decent. I guess it looks better then before. Did you use rattle can paint? Or did you actually get some stuff you had to spray with a gun?

You didn't put enough clear on it.

Well done, now search the internet for wet sanding. You are going to have to let the paint sit baking in the sun for a few more days then hit it with some wet sanding and it will start to shine up like the hood. This will also get rid off the orange peal look.
Give it a try.

Looks great, Brian. I hope that the paint guys suggested the flex additive for the paint...
