Default Will Acura RSX Seats fit in a 928?

A newly made friend up here suffered a loss of his Acura RSX and is going to part it out to get some cash for a 350Z. He is asking $500 for a set of black seats. I am going to attach a picture of what they look like, but these are not the actual seats. They are identical and in better condition than this ebay ad. Will these fit in a 928? I believe they are made by Recaro.

I can get some aftermarket brackets and fit them up. I will lose the power function but I don't give a rat's a** about it.

I found out the RSX seat rails are about 16" apart. What is the spacing on a 928 seat and rails?

The RSX seat bracket also has a bend 90 degrees downward and a bolt hole to mount onto the floor boards of a Honda. This will need to be ground off. I am linking some pictures below from a different forum. This is NOT the seat that I am looking at by the way as I prefer something less fruity and more leather-looking.

Bracket bent down for mounting - NEEDS TO BE CUT OFF

Better picture showing the height between the bracket and the cushion

With the seat cushion removed, this is what it looks like with just the sliders and bottom frame. Note that the brackents bend 90 degrees are cut off or the rivet has been drilled out to separate this mounting point from the rest of the base

It is highly unlikely that the sliders are spaced the same as a 928. Many have used home fabricated adapters to get things to bolt in just be certain that they are strong enough to support the seat belts and seat.

I am sure they are not. What would be a recommended grade metal strong enough to fabricate adapters from and maintain proper safety standards of the seat and mounts?

$500 for seats that are made by Recaro and look like new are a lot cheaper than an upholstery of the old ones. I already have aftermarket seat brackets sitting in San Diego for a 924,944,928,911 that can mate up if I can just fab an adapter up.

The design of the original seats is such that the rails are "sunk" into the seats. The Honda seats are bellow the seat pan and will sit a lot higher than what you have. You might get the rails to fit but head room will be the real problem and there is not a lot you can do with that when the design of the Honda seats is the real problem.
