Default WTB OB center console trim 928 552 047 04.

Anyone got a new or mint condition center console trim piece. Part #928 552 047 04. Mine is warping above the ashtray and I need, um, want, a new one. I'll pay dearly for a mint one. Make me an offer.

Could you take a pic of the warped area? I found re-gluing them down works well.

That looks like a job for some GAAH 1010 black vinyl and a talented local automotive upholstery shop. Or just a re-glue of what you've got there, with some weldwood contact adhesive and some clamps.

EDIT: Or is the underlying plastic warped? Perhaps a local auto body shop that does plastic/bumper repair could recontour the piece, then get it recovered.

No, don't use Weldwood... at least not unless you bought the HHR version. Regular Weldwood is awesome... as long as it doesn't get above 100F or so... then it melts. Weldwood HHR is the high heat resistance version, which is designed for automotive upholstery. Unfortunately, it seems to only be available in giant cans designed for spray application. For a small bottle of similar, but high temp, stuff, look for Pliobond. I found some at my local ACE harware.

Mine is pulling away from the base plastic. I thought about repair, but if it bothers me like it is now, I can't take the chance to mess it up. Really want a new one.

I just drove an hour to pick one up and sad to see it was a single hole model not the three holes as mine. The owner covered his seat belt warning and hazards with it. It's perfect and I got it cheap. Decided to buy it as these are hard to find, but sadly it's not right for my car. Anyone have one uncut and unwarped they want to sell?

I'll keep bumping this as passive looking for four years has not worked.

Woo hoo. I bought one from 928 intl. Tom time me it was cut for a stereo. I bought it anyway, thinking I could use it to make a new one. It arrived today in mint condition with mo cuts! Three years of searching comes to a happy ending! Pictures below.

I know, I know, barely a difference but to me it's huge.
