Well, you might drop the exhaust and run a magnet down through the pipes looking for a stray washer or nut. Its happened before.

the tick could also be a part of the flywheel that has been moved IE one of the crank positon pins try moving the lower bell housing a bit

OMG She runs Great, few things here and there to adjust as always but a great close to getting done drive today. Did a few other things along the way that were not so much needed but just wanted to!! thanks for the help.

Didn't something look a bit off when the 2mm wider (as well as longer) 87 valves were dropped in?

Anyway, glad it's back to normal. Nice cosmetics too!
