Need Windshield 86 928
Welp, Safelite sucked. Question for those that may know..
Were there changes from year to year in the windshields? Seems to me everyone I call is hung up on the 'Your car is an 86' but claim to have windshields for 91 928s (which I believe were close to being the same size but I dont know for sure). So Parts interchange possible between years? Anyone with a definitive answer? Thanks!

Yup - try Roger at 928sRUs. He has 4 or 5 windshields, not sure if any are the embedded antenna type.
Or change to the non-embedded type and use an aftermarket hidden antenna.
Had one of these on another car and it worked just fine. (Although I'm pretty sure I just picked it up at Autozone)

Im not married to the idea of the built in antenna, at this point any new glass would do.
Thanks guys I will probably end up having to go with something used, everyone in the DC/MD/VA area crying 'unavailable.'
