You are just missing my point. Once you label the mundane as extraordinary, the truly special can get lost in the crowd.

I agree 100%. The work is nice. Its pretty good, but not perfect. I don't know much about interior leather work, but I'd guess the installer probably hadn't done many if any 928s before. However, for most, its way better than the tired 20+ year old interiors in most of our cars.

Paul's new style Pasha seats are so nice it almost scares me away from considering installing them. I wouldn't want to sit my *** down on them. They are the best that I've seen in any Porsche. I'm serious, its almost to nice for my car. I'd feel like I'd have to do a complete frame off restoration to feel like the rest of the car deserved those seats.

 

I won't use up any of your or your customers limited and valuable time, if I ever get to the interior restoration phase someday I will send you an email requesting some work to be done.

That is one of the nicest Black and Tan’s I’ve seen.

Here is another by Robert Budd “Classic 9 Leather Shop”, Bob did the Dash, Pod Console, Wheel and Shift boot along w/the ‘A” Pillars for me in Dark Blue and Black Alcantara Ultrasuede (shows up a bit gray due to flash).

The interior in the first post is nice, but it looks "puffy". Not sure how else to put it.

 

Someday I want to do mine as well. One thing that bothers me is that even with this wonderful leather work, the center console still looks kinda cheap due to the vent / ashtray, etc. I think there were a few cars that had those done in leather from the factory, but I don't know if anybody can reproduce it.

 

Paul can't reproduce what the factory did. . . his standards are higher. What he produces is very much superior to the factory. Now, if you want the vents/ashtray etc. done in leather I KNOW Paul's will be superior.

What I want to know, is this: How will Paul get french seams on the leather covers for the little vanes inside the vent.
