New shock on its way along with a sleeve and nut.
Please return the bad shock with the nut and sleeve in situ for the return to Sachs/Boge.
Sorry for the inconvieniance.

As usual Roger stands behind his products and gives A++ customer service. Even though I knew it was not his responsibility and just a failed shock he still took it apon himself to make it right. Thanks again Roger you definately deserve an extra birthday for the service

If your referring to my pictures take note of my current car list it includes several American cars. The Porsche is not the only thing I work on

You need spanners for american cars ? I thought a hammer and a stone would do !

Just like to be of help if You want it. I am truly amazed by Your shock giving way and the spring perch slipping down like that.

Actually if you saw a spanner in those pics you'd be a magician . There was no spanner needed since the nut was already dropped. We do use the spanners on our plumbing here does that mean we have superior engineered plumbing?

Also on a side note it's American with a capital "A"

Yahoo car's back on the road. This shock was a pain in the ***. Last time I remember it being easier. Can't wait to clean her up and check the ride height(Which I just love. Not!)
