That's funny! My wife is really sick of all the reading I do in regards to the search button. A lot to learn! So I can see her going in that direction. Good thing we have two little ones or she might try to push me around a little!

That wife appeasement thing is funny. My old college room mate's dad retired a while back. He hung around the house and helped his wife do EVERYTHING, ALL DAY LONG. At first she loved it. BUT, by the end of the first month she got very tired of him always being under foot. She told him to get a hobby, get a job, or anything, just get out of the house once in a while. He got a once forbidden motorcycle and enjoyed the heck out of it. When asked about it he always grins slyly and claims it was his plan all along.

I chatted with this guy, Harry von Matt, on the phone last June 2009 about the car (listed on CL), at that time he was asking $13,900 for the car and it had 38k miles.
My understanding from him, the car belonged to a "snowbird" and the car spent most of its life in a parking garage at the condo complex of the owner before him. The guy selling it is a realestate agent in Miami who knew or knows the PO.
If I remember correctly, with age the TB/WP and tires, these would need to be replaced. While I can't remember why, there was some reason I didnt consider the car at that time. Something from the conversation with this realestate agent guy, Harry.
He emailed me a bunch of pics (~20 photos) of the car if anyone wants them. Its funny the price of the car has gone up since last June.
