That mention of a 'kill switch' in the ad has me concerned, as well as why a pic of the real car wasn't shown.

A kill switch is part of a security anti-theft system and if he is indeed the owner -would know for sure whether it had one and how to deactivate it.

Add in that the real car isn't shown and CL isn't monitored for accuracy or legitimacy... it sounds stolen to me.
