What I'm now noticing is the midnight or cobalt blue one to the left, which appears to be a non-airbag, LHD car. Drool.

That last photo has what appears to be the "Diff Control Off" warning. You need to have the car's PSD looked at, and at least have the fluid flushed and refilled. This may or may not solve the problem, hopefully it will as it gets expensive really quick if it's something else. Do a search in this forum under "PSD" for more info.

Oh, and the car looks stunning! Great find.

On my new lcd screen, the one on the left appears to be amethyst and I noticed that right away. The one on the right appaers to be midnight blue. Like I said before, this is a used car lot from a dream, all it needs is those triangle shaped colorful flags strung from lightpole to lightpole and all these very unique hardly driven 928's plus mercs for atmosphere.

All 3 appear to be rub strip delete.

Did you get this GTS from the Sultan's auto auction?
Non-airbag is normal for RHD cars up to 92.. Airbag became standard for RHD in '93 from memory, maybe part-year. Passenger airbag never happened - all RHD cars have the earlier less-curvy style of dash

Would love to see the options codes list for this car! As foundon the sticker in the manual or rear hatch. Would also like to know whether there is a low-mile 94/95 5-speed GTS available which could be bought and shipped to the UK (convoluted way of getting around Aussie import restrictions - it would end up in Australia, but have to get registered in the UK first). PM me if needs be

Is it possible to give us an idea what the prices ended up being on these GTS's? And corresponding mileage?

Fantastic!

This warning message is most often caused from turning the key to position 2 for an extended period without running the engine.

The PSD pump depressurizes, resulting in the warning.

After the car is run for awhile the pump re-pressurizes and the warning will clear.

Good point, Randy. Hadn't thought of that.

Still, best practice would suggest the PSD needs to be serviced unless there is a recent record of it. I would think Brunei is a fairly humid place, and the propensity for brake fluid to absorb moisture is well known. Therefore, staying on top of this service item would be well advised.

Your car is most likley one of the 2000 cars Prince Jefri, the brother of the Sultan, had for sale. He once was the finace manager and the head of BIA before he fell from grace and he also once owned Amedeo.

Was this car offer for sale at Jerudong? If so that is where they were selling most of his fleet.

You have a very nice example and please share pictures when you take delivery. Good luck with everything.

Hello

Thanks for the reply- I will go again tomorrow- I hope by Monday(11th) Morning= I'll be able to get the car & take pics of delivery etc. I will hire a flat bed truck & bring it to the workshop as recommended by them as it has no insurance etc.

I didn't manage to take many pics as I'm busy with chatting people over there.LOL.

I will take pics of other GTS by tomorrow. All cars are RHD. No LHD..& no 5 speed GTS.

I only take 2 pics today.
Actually- All the 928s over there have sunroof except mine. I didn't realized that. From what I notice, The sunroof 928 have swith at the 3rd Button? Mine is blank.

I love the GTS rear.

I will take pics of engine tomorrow. BTW the clip below to open the engine hood is broken- Shown as below. I will look at the dealer how much it cost.

Some info I get about this car when looking at the Manual booklet- Originally from England UK(Porsche car Great Britain Bath Road,Calcot,Reading).
The car interior is dusty & lots of spider webs. I need to bring it for a super wash

Charley & Calgary,

I got the car for for 36k. I'm not too sure how much it will be in US dollars.

Z

and I get 25, 805 for an exchange rate equivalent in US dollars, hmmmmm seems some people may be making calls to brunei

Post as many pics as you are able we will not get bored. Also of all the other colors, GTS and S4, hope it is not a burden for you, but this is extremely unique!

Great purchase for you
