We talked about this at the bar, and everyone seemed to think it was doable, but it may have been the drinks talking....
3rd Saturday in February gathering? Maybe Cypress area?
For those that don't know, Austin and Dallas have regular monthly gatherings, usually at the same place. It's understood that some you can make and some you can't, but the fact that it's regular makes it sucessful. With Houston's size, it might be better to rotate locations, and we talked about N, NW, then W, and maybe a central Houston gathering as well.
We'll have to do some emailing too since some are not on Rennlist. I was surprised that nearly everyone at the Woodlands gathering knew other 928 owners not on Rennlist.
If there's interest expressed here, I'll start a new thread on it.

It's suffering from MADD (mechanic attention.....). At Third Coast it reportedly just needed the nose cone bracket thingies (which Roger the cabin boy obtained from Germany & California in 2 days). Was promised again for Friday, but not holding my breath

When you get it back, you'll need to post pics of it in front of Kyle Field, Dudley's Draw or some other CS landmark before we will believe it.
BTW, 3rd Saturday of March falls on the LSR PCA Club race weekend at TWS, so maybe we can all head your way and gather at the races. Do you think you'll have it back by then?
