cam belts still their brand new, just checked, all belts where replaced when engine was swapped

also i have a question about this jumper, since i swapped out relays and car still didnt start, if it does run with jumper does it mean the lh ecu is bad?

Any old short jumper wire will do, doesn't have to be that fancy for a quick troubleshooting job.

Use a paperclip. Straighten is out and bend it into a U.

imo000 im not sure if your joking or not. anyways ill look around for a metal wire or paperclip i honestly don't know if i have any paper clips

Just shorting across those terminals to make the pump run nonstop for a minute or 2.

Turn the key on first, and see if you hear the fuel pump running. You should be able to hear it.

But yes, go ahead and try to start the car after that.

paper clip turned red hot and started burning some of the plastic so i took it out, i hear a thumping sound when i first put it in

Don't think you jumpered the right pins in that case. How thin was the wire you used?

I gotta be honest, this is a pretty entry level troubleshooting thing here. Maybe time to stop and call your mechanic for some help. It only gets more difficult from this point.



Notice the picture on the side of the relay: 30 and 87 are the pins switched by the relay.

tried jumping it again with mutlimeter wires, still heard a thumping noise for a second when connection is made but no constant noise when key is turned

I think you too jumped the wrong ones. 9 o'clock to 3 o'clock (NOT 12!!) like the previous pic suggests.
