Gates T196 Timing Belts - Awesome price - $28.50
While waiting for the new Gates Racing timing belt to be manufactured and after the reports by prominant Rennlist members that the Continental belts are subject to stretching. 928sRus is please to announce new pricing for the Gates standard T196 timing belt. This is the exact same belt as supplied direct to Porsche.
For 83 to 95 Cars Part Number 928 105 157 50.
These are new stock belts direct from the manufacturer.
$28.50 each plus shipping.

I can still get rebuilt water pumps but do not normally sell them unless the customer is adamant.
They are $108 plus $125 core charge.
85 to 86 fuel line kit is $99. The 87 FP Regulator is $137.16.
MM's are $45 each.

Roger................have we now concluded that the standard Gates belt is superior to other manufacturers?
I only ask as I have a NIB Conti belt and given that I probably do not need to replace the exisiting belt for another couple of years and the excellent price point on a new Gates I should sell so the shelf life is not exceeded.

Talked with the Gates rep yesterday and they are close to finishing the setup of the machine in Scotland.
No promises but I hope its soon or I will be celebrating the 1st Birthday of my original order 8>)
