Anybody have pictures of the Cup 4's on an S4 or on any 928 for that matter? Could you please post pictures if you do. Joe

Any ideas as to what to run on an S4. I'm pretty sure I will try the 19's but as far as offsets I should shoot for and widths? Joe

Same as on the GTS should work fine... GTS's have BIG spacers on the rear to push the wheels further out. You can take GTS wheels and put them on an S4 w/ no issues, so an aftermarket wheel will be the same...if it works on a GTS it will work on an S4... I think 19" are a bit big, but that is just me. Not to mention the rubber is just that much more expensive and the weight is higher and thus cut your effective wheel HP/Tq down a bit...

Hmm, those wheels in 19 don't look too big like other 19 inch wheels on the 928.

Those were my exact thoughts too! For some reason I would have guessed they were 18's.

Ok, now you've got my attention - when can I learn more about these bad boys? Do they come in smaller diameters than 19?

Perfect! Thanks. Bummer that there isn't a 17x10 et65... that's the wheel I'm really looking for. I'd like to limit my tire costs by running 17's on the track car while also running 10" up front under un-flared S4 front fenders (needs an et65 wheel I believe from my thread searches). I know there are 18" carrera wheels that are et65... but I can't find 17's... the search goes on.

On a track car you will need more than a 65mm offset in the front with a 10" wheel. Why couldn't that 18x9" Cup4 be 60mm+ offset...

These look very good because to me they are a mix of one of the turbo twist designs with the Tech art wheel. I think 18's would be the best.

19's overpower the 928

Why can't I run a Et65 10" wheel on a track car? It's not the first time someone has gotten that offset to work under an S4 fender...

https://rennlist.com/forums/928-foru...ont-88-s4.html

As far as 18's... I don't need anything larger than a 17 to fit over my brakes. I have driven some incredibly fast track cars than were running 16's and the slight side wall flex of 17's vs 18's is not too much of a concern either. All 18's do for me is cost me more for the rubber. I'm sure I'll have to go that route... but a 17x10 would be perfect, better yet... a 17x10 Cup 2... that's the ticket.
