One Worf is enough. How would you like to live the 928 version of the Soup ****?

Take some sandpaper to a old belt he has laying around and put the "Grindings" in your air intake, trust me, next time he looks at your airfilter it will get a new belt.

Randolph Racing in Stoughton, Mass. Great 928 guy. Kevin pulled and rebuilt my motor about 4 years ago.

In Warwick, RI: Patrick Duggan of Inskip Porsche serviced my '86.5 928S from 1991 until 2005 when I moved out of state. He is a Porsche Goldmeister Technician w/ 37 yrs. of experience. Did some searching and found out this- Itc, super moderator, wrote: "Inskip has one of the best Porsche Master Mechanics in the country....in the top 10, invited to Germany by PAG..." https://rennlist.com/forums/new-engl...mechanics.html

Didn't know this until now. All I know is that my car has been reliable for over 14 yrs. God bless this man.

Here is his contact info:

+928... WOW, I can't believe that Dan is not on EITHER of these lists!!!

An outstanding technician and mechanic. Over the years I typically HATE taking my car (any of them, but especially my 928) to have someone work on it. Dan Warner is probably the only one that I trust implicitly with my car.

Dan is a true 928 guru. Extremely competent, honest and fair. Hands down the best 928 (and maybe Porsche) mechanic in Arizona.

There is actually one on that list I would not recommend but that's another thread. And isn't Scott Mohr deceased? He's still listed.

Greff Motors info has changed since they moved after Hurricane Katrina.

Phone 504.888.4809

And they are located in Metairie on Airline Hwy.

Digital Chassis
Owner: Brad Moyer
(919) 384-7070
2305 Orangewood Dr, #108
Durham, NC 27705

Brad can do anything on a 928 and owns about 5 really nice ones. He can get a 928 chassis *RIGHT*.

He'll be in his new shop about 1/4 mile down the road in a few months where he'll have 3 bays instead of 1.

RAM Automotive, Inc.
Owner: Ray Munsch
1504 Foxford Ct.
Raleigh, NC
(919) 740-7040
rmunsch at nc.rr dot com

Ray owns a 928 and can do any repair. He did the TB/WP and clutch on my GTS. Retired engineer and has real attention to detail while doing repairs.

Glad to hear something current and vetted is available.
There was such a light response to my request, I only got a handful, so I haven't moved forward with it.

I am getting a server error when attempting to connect to Carl's list right now. So can't check it.

If Automobile Associates is not listed, they should be:
5 Albany Turnpike, Canton, CT 06019 automobileassociates.com
I have had both my 928s serviced there, the work has always been as per agreement on both the work to be done and the price quoted. Automobile Associates' service is second to none. I have also had them service my M3 with similar results.

One of the local Porsche dealers (Fremont Porsche) has two mechanics that were factory trained on the 928. They know the car quite well, and still have 928 customers. The service manager agreed to give 928 Owners Club members the same discount they give to PCA members (I think it was 10% on labor).
