Value Estimate for 90 GT?

I'm thinking of codifying my "value" theory on 928s more or less along the following lines:
1) Mileage: 10000 miles - 100,000 miles, $10k to $0. ("Value" for <10k miles is non-linearly wacky, so ultra-low mileage cars are not in my model)
2) GTS: +7500
3) 5-speed: +2500
4) mechanical condition: $0 - $25k
5) body, interior: $0 - $15k
Start at $50k and start making subtractions: So, a >100k auto S4 left in a field for years would be 50 - 10 (mileage) - 7.5 (not GTS) - 2.5 (auto) - 25 (mech) - 15 (body, interior) = -10.
So a mid-mile GT with no body or interior work needed would add up: 50 - 5 (miles) - 7.5 (not GTS) - 0 (5-speed) - ?? (mech) - 0 (body, interior) = $37.5 with 0 to $25k subtracted based upon condition. Total range is $37.5k to $12.5k based purely on mechanical condition.
A high-mile 5-speed that's only been "fixed" since new: 50 - 10 (miles) - 7.5 (not GTS) - 0 (5-speed) - 0 (body, interior) - 25 (mech) = 7.5k.
All rules of thumb of course. But, seems ballpark IMO.
It's very easy to throw $15k worth of parts alone into an 'only-fixed' 928.
Flame away folks.

On the other hand, a $37.5K 5-speed would have had all of those things done in the last 0 to 5 years. (And documented down to the part numbers.)

So I've know this "guy" who has a '91 GT that has 152k miles on it. Recent engine-out service including heads, cam covers, timing belt, oil pan gasket, AC, everything.
It has tons of upgrades: Twin screw Supercharger, Bilstien Eibachs, Stiffer swaybars (F+R), Carrera III wheels, updated hoodliner, Aero mirrors, Rob Bud seats, Champagne Steering Wheel, Laser Jammer, Built-in Navi, clear corners, etc. etc. etc.
Interior is a 9/10. Exterior is a 7/10 - lots of paint chips and the rear bumper cover doesn't match very well, but then, if it were a 9 or a 10, I probably wouldn't drive it. So it works for me... I mean for this "guy" I know.
Upgrades don't count for squat except the interior - the others just sweeten the deal. If this "guy" was to sell it today, he'd probably get $18k for it... maybe $20k.
Thankfully he's not selling... yet.

Take a $7.5k 928 with good interior and exterior. How much will it cost to R&R of all of the parts of the car that are near, at, or beyond their expected life? It's an easy $10k to $15k for parts without upgrades or "wanna have'em bits." If you turn your own wrench you can end up "ahead" for some definitions of ahead. If you pay someone else to turn the wrenches then expect at least as much labor cost as parts.

928: 0-$25k
Parts: $20k
Labor: $20k or it is your hobby for 4 years
End result: lots of 928 friends, a few speeding tickets and some good stories. And something to look forward to, especially the first week of june in NC...

I bought the car. May as well satisfy the curious up front, paid $16,900. A bit of a crap shoot, but we shall see. Thanks for the wealth of info I received in this thread and the others I was linked to.
Frankly, I was willing to give the dealer a good profit as the car really excited me. Wish I had found it in CO before he did.
Considerations: First I wanted a driver which looks good, not a show car. This car has the least used looking driver seat bolsters I have seen in some time. I have had 5 928's beginning in 1992 and this has the best preserved interior. I really like the color combo.....white with light tan. Fairly rare in my experience. I have had two gold/beige 928's, one blue, one black and one Ivory. Several had brown interior. Finally I wanted a 5 speed and a GT is the best way to get one (4 of my earlier cars were automatics). I like the fact that the car has so many options (my wife was thrilled with heated seats, hope they work!) and the original radio/cd. Also a plus that the '90 is first year with dual airbags. Hope that is never important.
I will post more once the car arrives in a week or two. Thanks to all.

Here's how the formula works out for yours:
50 - 12.5 (mileage) - 7.5 (not GTS) - 0 (5-speed) - 0 (body/interior) - 3 (mech *) = $27k.
* need to do the torque tube, wheel bearings and clutch pressure plate. At that point there's not a single wear item on your car that isn't less than 5 years old.
EDIT: You could reasonably add $2k back for the GTS brakes and forged wheels.
Call it $29k.

With the exceptions of the tickets, you are damn near describing myself and my car.
