Spark Plug Set for S4 where to go?
I'm past due for a spark plug set for my S4 and need one bad. Are there any cheap good quality sets out there? My wallets really hurtin already from doing a torque tube, intake refresh, powder coat, and numerious other things so looking for a deal on this. I'm shocked that spark plug wires are this expensive... holy cow!

In any event, the best is probably what the car was designed for.
Copper.
Bitch to find here in the great white north, but it's the "Bosch Super Plus" it what I'm running now, based on a lot of reading.

Wires - same deal.
Depends on your budget, but it's one place I personally wouldn't go cheap. Several decades of experience says that you should use the best available.
(Consider what you're driving here......it ain't no Chevy).
And for those who are about to take offence to that, I'm historically (really historic) a Pontiac guy so bite me......

Imre aka ImooOO.. is doing a major over haul on my new shark and I've been shoppin around but I only want the best so I would love a little expert advice from the Veterans here.......hmmmm maybe I should just ask Imre?

From your post I am not sure if you want spark plugs OR spark plug wires??
Best bet is the WR6DC / WR7DC copper tip Bosch plugs
Look for a slightly used set of good Beru wires, a new set is 400.00 but in the grand scheme of things will probably last another 20 years or so, there are also wire sets where you can use your old ends.
Pesonally I would look for the Beru complete set

Looking for a spark plug wire set. Looking for a complete set new with ends. Called autozone and they want 252.99 for a set. Anyone have luck with them?

Guy on the other end at Autozone said this price has so be incorrect let me check with my manager! lol

You spartk plug wires look really good. I'll do a water bottle spray test later, just to make sure, but the wires are nice and soflt and look fine to me.

I have always had good luck with Magnecor wires. They have even built me a set of custom wires for my 32v AMG (no available spare parts - 100% handbuilt custom engine) and the price was still cheap, IIRC $250 shipped.
They are not glamorous looking like my Nology set (slave to fashion), but they are a very high quality product. I would recomend them any day: http://www.magnecor.com

$295 for STi wires and $395 for Beru, Roger said the cheaper ones were just as good as the Beru so I went with the cheaper ones. I have spent lots of money lately with him and he hasn't steered me wrong yet.
Did your magnecor's come with the plastic spacers like the factory ones did so you can mount them to the valve covers?
