5-angle grind.
De-carbon the back side of the valves.

All good again.

Hopefully the prosthetic valve came in a proper yellow box with the correct Bosch part # (mitral: 0 280 117 134, aortic 0 280 117 135, pulmonic 0 280 117 136, tricuspid 0 280 117 137) and not in a plastic Wells bag. This is one application where OEM is pretty important.....

Whether you went stock or with the larger 968 valves, I'm sure you'll notice the improvement in performance!
