You can color the strip to give you different colors.
However unless we get a better design to the covers this will not be going very far.
Roger did this one die on the vine or are they still available? Did the installation issues ever get resolved? If not are there other OEM looking lighted switch options that you know of?

What was the issue Sean? They looked great, at least in the pictures.

The two little pivot points on the center of the cover (allows it to rock) would break off when installing the cover. I ended up throwing them all in the trash ($1500).

Bummer. Too bad that couldn't have been resolved someway. This is low on my upgrade list but when I get down to it, I will look into making my own.

How about asking the fabricator to try a 2.0 improved version?

I'd surely buy a set.

That area of the console is abysmally dark during night driving.

That, and a shift indicator light kit, would really update the look of the console at night.

I definitely agree! I'd be in for a "set".

I can honestly say I've never noticed, too busy looking out the windshield I guess.

Yea, it's 4 buttons that move back and forth. One only moves backwards. Might not want to behind the wheel if you need these lit up.

Besides the fragile button covers, wiring them up was a pain in the backside too. Paul and Hans came up with a better set up anyway.

I also think their setup is slick. But I prefer the stock look personally. And yes you can just feel for the switches but that's not the point, at least not for me. I just think it looks cool when everything is lit up.

I wish I could have gotten more than the 15 sets that I got.

Just kidding.
