Default I can feel a knock

Ive had a knock for a while, Ive been trying to find what it is, first I replaced the front track rod ends and then lower ball joints, still there. I then put in new front wheel bearing. Still there. Ive also put in new suspension, but that was previously. Its like it comes from the back left and sounds and feels like its every revolution. Im wondering if its the rear bearings or the bushes, Ive not renewed these. Anyone got any ideas what I should look for? 1983s Euro

If it is a noise every revolution of the wheel, I would look at the rotating assemblies and things they might hit, not bushes and balljoints. Check the parking brake inside the rear rotors. Something may be loose and hitting inside their. Bearing noises usually vary with turning forces on the wheels, usually louder in turns but at least varying with side loads versus straight ahead.

Check lug nut torque.
CV Bolts.

Might be CV. I've had a revolution synched rear noise from CV and separately from oddly worn tires.
