Wow, am I glad to see this!
Thanks Ryan for connecting the dots on this car. I was ready to drive down and buy it two weeks ago. Fortunatly for me they listed it before they got it. Also the same day I found, and bought an '87 S4 5pd for $7200.00 It was the Mairne blue one on SF Craigslist with the funky Recaro seats (now stock). I really would like a nice GT but it seemed a bit cheap for the miles. Now it makes sense. Funny thing, the sales monkey called me this past Monday to say it was in but still not pics on the website yet.....
Thanks again guys!

If this would have been a real deal months ago when it was still in Colorado Springs it would already be in my garage. This car has been abused and has a total lack of care when I saw it. At $6500 it needed at least 10k to make a decent car which I was willing to do but the dealer kept raising the price on me and it was for sale then it wasn't then it was again. It made my head spin the last pictures I saw of the car it was cleaned up a bit but was a cheap cover up job. I would like to see how it looks now if anyone is close enough to take some pictures.
Just read the Autotrader ad " 2 owner"
HA!! Not True

I think this dealership belongs to Bret Smith, who I had worked with many years ago. Bret used to own a used Porsche car lot (late 70s early 80s), and is very knowledgeable about Porsche cars. Bret is a very honest guy, and wouldn't sell something at his dealership if it wasn't in excellent condition. My guess is that it would be worthwhile for a serious prospective buyer to drive up there and check the car out
