Chrome moly 1.63" OD. Was a Porsche PCA club race car - I even have the log book, the cage actually still carries the PCA inspection sticker but this car hasn't raced since the late 90's.

strange sizes, but in PCA, 1.5" was ok for CroMoly. however, these days, in SCCA, it all has to be 1.75, unless grandfathered in 1.5 usually is ok for DOM cages, if the cars weight is less than 2500lbs.

The design is a little odd, but im sure adding a couple of more bars would fix that.
