Parting Out 1981 Euro S 5-speed - or for sale whole

E-bay buyer did not come through. Non-runner but in pretty decent condition. I need to get rid of her. If anyone wants to buy - $2,500 firm. That's what I paid for her - plus I've got another $400-$500 into her. It may be a fairly easy fix, but I no longer have the time or resources.

I can deliver the car anywhwere in U.S for $1 per mile as calculated from 77382 - minimum charge of $150

If no takers I will start parting out this weekend.

If you part it out, I am looking for a sear. In what condition is the drivers seat? It is black at least the photos show it to be.
