ahh who cut the OS sensor wires???
OK O2 Sensor delete.
To remove the O2 sensor wires they get disconnected from behind the CE panel cover and then pushed through the body along with the rubber grommet, cutting these wires isnt good as they have air routs that are needed for the O2 to work correctly soldering them will fill the wire and there are special connectors that are used to connect the wires

well some people get off to bad start and if no one tells em they will keep on going into the land of a bad PO........... Reference the jack stand placement from another thread........I will find it....... Now i guess that the O2 was replaced with a new unit but still, cutting it renders it basically useless, unless you get the correct connectors so to pas the air source for the sensor..
IIRC there are instructions for the X pipe that include how to disconnect the O2 sensor
Do not place the jack stands on the frame rails they are not designed for the weight of the car, note the bent area.
Place the jack stands on the jack pads and jack the car up from the tow hook where its bolted to the front control arm, in the rear use a block of wood about 8 inches long on the jack and raise the car from the bottom of the cross member.
If the car is too low in the front, then jack up from the jack pad and place a 2x4 about 8 in. long under the tire then try the tow hook part make sure the jack pad wont slip off the tow hook

Yep-guilty of jack stand debacle. Hell-the rails were bent, looked like a good place to start.
Yep- O2 sensor delete. Replaced it and it took care of my cold start issue!
