928sRus Jersey Shore GTG/Tech Session: Sharks at the Beach 9/5/09
Hey everyone, Adam G has graciously offered up his home as the meeting place of the 2nd (almost) annual Sharks at the Beach GTG/tech session at the Jersey Shore.
Here's the plan:
Meet at 10:00am at the beach in Belmar, NJ. Enjoy a little bit of sea air and sunshine (hopefully), then cruise up Route 18 to Adam's home in Freehold NJ.
There we plan to completely tranform an 86.5 auto from running well to pumped up on steroids. Steve (LI Steve) will be coming down to have us add a set of SS crossovers and Porken 2.2r/55 FPR chip setup to his very nice car.
At the same time we'll be replacing the O2 sensor as well as all of his fuel lines and his heater valve WWIT. It's gonna be awesome!
Adam has also offered to cook up some burgers and provide some salads. Steve is paying for the work in the usual Rennlist manner

I am psyched - thanks for setting this up.

I would deff like to come. I put it on my calender too. I travel alot for work so that's the only thing that can get in the way. If I'm not on a plane, I'll be there. Look forward to meeting some fellow 928 nuts!

Cool! It should be a good time and I can't wait to see Steve's face after he gets to drive it for the first time after the mods.

Yeah, I know Labor Day weekend is going to be an issue, and hopefully we can find a few parking spaces together in Belmar to meet up and talk but it was the best weekend for getting the work done so we had to go for it.
I hope everyone can make it. I don't know if Adam has been lurking or not, he's the one that's hosting it at his house, I'm just the post ***** that's doing all the talking!
