I think there is a lot of on-topic info in this thread, and could stand on its own. It would be great if the Mod could delete all the OT crap in this thread .... I am going to go back and kill all mine (I am vry guilty of posting OT to this thread) so that we can have this thread mean something in years to come.

 

Well it's not me. I can't even phathom starting to pull a post like that together. Pretty cool if you ask me.

I can think of a few people outside of MI that could pull something like that together, but frankly, most of us here in MI were in Hell or hungover.

 

Dave Lomas feel free to post the Utah State paper that affirms your statement they cleared Motorsports of wrong doing, they did not believe none of the accusations and found them entertaining.. Your statement sounds weird amd smells of foul...about the State Of Utah Commerce Division clearing you... Because in an agreement no State Official will put it in writing what you stated. If they did there would not be an agreement needed but the State taking a stance and no agreement needed between Motorsports the State and the buyer.

BTW, this is the dept for Utah that investigates possible problems that may have violated consumer laws by Business's in Utah, even if problems are 1 month 3 years 4 years I would expect.

I never said that the comments made to us personally by the investigator were in writing.

I also don't feel the need to publish any legal documents to a public web forum for any reason let alone for someone without the guts enough to even identify themselves.

As far as Brendan's lost heads, that was done by the shipper and had nothing to do with us. The shipper in this case verified that the heads were recieved.
