I do that and I'm not even going to the OCIC.

Wish I could go though... *sigh*

Questions
1) How will I recognize anyone? Will there be name badges to include Rennlist name?
2) I am planning on not renting a car - hoping for rides in other's cars if possible
3) Would it be too forward of me to buy beer/wine for everyone one night? (just checking to see if anyone is reading this.... I am serious though) Know the Europeans, Aussies and Kiwis will most appreciate

2) Rides we have, pick your color and we're off!
3) Would it be ungrateful for me to ask for an upgrade to scotch; either way, you're on!

Have a safe trip, we look forward to meeting you.

Crudo. I've hardly made any more progress, despite some effort today.

It was so damn humid out (it's still at 82% right now) that I could hardly stand being outside.

Probably time for a mini-split A/C in the garage. I can't take it anymore.

I'll resume work tomorrow morning. I at least need to get the car's A/C working again!

Oil and filter changed.

Flex plate checked.

All fluids drained and replaced: brake, tranny, coolant, power steering.

Refrigerant topped up.

New fuel lines.

Timing belt, water pump, etc. replaced.

New rear tires.

Ready to roll!

I have a few tasks remaining:

- Cam cover gasket/seal set and new cam chain rub blocks
- SC manifold removal to check/replace gaskets and install thicker spacers if the gaskets are shredded as DR found.
- Sharktune out some WOT over-richness
- Have new rear tires rebalanced/examined for other defect - vibration at high speed
- Check timing belt tension
- Swap driver fender and hood for dentless ones I acquired a while back.

Everything else is up to date.

If you’re flying into the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, our complimentary hotel airport shuttle can transport you the nine-mile journey. It operates daily from 6:30am - 9:30pm. √

Rick - Thanks for that reminder. I'll call the hotel and set up. I'm arriving on Thursday 11:30a. Anyone else getting into DFW around that time?

Seems there will be a few people arriving on Thursday, a day before OCIC begins. Would be nice to get together for dinner and brews that night. How will we identify one another and those interested? I suppose I could walk around the hotel lobby or bar saying things out loud like "My flappy isn't working". 928 types would immediately identify, or, I'd enjoy some of that famous Texas hospitality I've heard so much about.
