Very funny. I payed 3256 euros ($4370) import tax for automatic GTS this spring. Back in 2003 tax would have been around $12k. Before 2003 used import tax was very close to same level as in Norway. In 2002 tax for GTS would have been maybe $25k. Impossible to know for sure as no one was brave enough to find out.

Nothing beats Russian import taxes (yes, I'm from Russia ).
It's currently over 30k euro (!) to legally import GTS here.
Thats why the 928 market is very limited here, you can't really choose: you just buy whatever you can!
As for shooting brake car: I think it actually looks quite nice, there were also 924 and 944 in similar body shapes too.

paalw, your avatar looks really nice, have any larger pics like that? What size wheels are they? 19 and 20?

You can keep our, no need to send back exchange. Booze costs about same in our state owned stores as it does in yours. Cheaper stuff is easily available from Estonia.
