Default The norwegian Artz 928 Station wagon is for sale

Just thought I would share. The price is crazy but it IS a special 928. The ad says 380hp, I am not sure if that is correct or not.

Reading that ad made me laugh. It reminded me of the beginning to Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

"Wi nøt trei a høliday in Sweden this yer?

See the løveli lakes

The wonderful telephøne system

And mani interesting furry animals"

That thing might look decent if they had rounded that top rear section instead of making it a sharp angle...

I think that 4 door one looks better...I nearly bought the ASC 4 door 928 S4 about 7 years ago! SOOO CLOSE! Could have had it for $25k. Then a year or two later it sold at Barrett Jackson for $44k! WOW!

James.... then it would be called a Pacer.

This looks like a perfect companion vehicle for Mark Anderson's 928 pickup. He could corner the market for 928 work vehicles!

I don't know the wording for "tous les gouts sont dans la nature" but I would say, that even though I don't like it that much, That car is a part of the 928 history, as well as 928 targa. That has been made by an artisan and it represents what guys from the eighties were looking for at that time.
So IMHO, what it is awful is the price not the car.

The price reflects norwegian taxes that was once paid when importing. But even with that in mind the price is pretty high.

Lets say you want to import a stock 85 S2. You will have to pay asking price + 25%VAT of asking price. Then comes the funny part. An additional $23500 in import taxes for this example. Funny isn't it...
