Default Are there any venders interested in grill brackets

I have made a tool for grill brackets on 86 and under and I wanted to supply one vender the opportunity to offer them. If anyone is interested please let me know.
I have already had some interest in another thread.

Cheers
Matt

The Material is a cast urethane in a 70 to 77 Shore D with a flexural modulas of184,000 / flex strength 5 0/0 strain 7,000 / heat deflection temperature @66psi 252F and at 264 PSI it in 208F / ultimate tensile strength 4,900 / elongation ASTM D-638 is 12 and density ASTM D792 LB/FT 72 (1.16 )

This material that I am currently using is stronger than factory and I have redesigned the part to be stronger also. The part does fit better than in the picture, I did not have any screws in them to hold it together.

Please let know if to have any other questions.

I am very surprised no vender has had any interest in this product.

Oh well !
Cheers
Matt

Well I would have thought that there would be a little more interest in this considering this part is broken on a lot of car I see.

Oh well

Matt,
Bearing in mind that the vertical left and right are still available from Porsche for $20+ and the center from 928 International for a similar price the market has supply.
When new they will last a long time.
If you have a better solution for less than $20 or a similar price to new then thats of interest.
If you have a better solution that is stringer for the same price that is good.

I want some of the stronger ones, I have broken a few of the stock ones on tree stumps, logs, even a Florida Nocturnal Speed Bump-a-dillo. If you need a deposit to make a run of parts, do tell. Sure would like to see some glass in the mix to make them even tougher.

I am very interested seems like the currently available center ones tend to buy me about 6 months, reliability and longevity are more important to than price at this juncture.

Put me down for 2 of the center brackets if/when they become available.

I'm not sure if stiffer is the answer, though it seems like a logical approach. Problem with stiffer is it become more "brittle", and less apt to handle impact.

I would say the best choice for this, considering it's environment and application is a medium durometer (60-80) urethane (assuming the process being applies here is cast urethane). Nice and "rubbery" and resililiant to impact. May not be a strong, but those bracket aren't holding up much anyway.

Interesting idea none-the-less, which leads me to the question:
Can you glass-fill urethane?

You know what? Put me in for a set. Looks like a great design!

One thing I've said about the **** quality of the aftermarket brackets is that their greatest weakness could also be their greatest asset. They're so brittle, that they break on the slightest impact. Although it sucks to break anything, I'd rather break one of them instead of breaking the chin spoiler.
