pull the engine, then use an impact gun (after using kroil for a few days) to undo all the nuts and studs.
Hope that they come out of the head and not the nut backing off.
Once the manifold is removed use a MIG welder and weld a nut to the head and let it cool on its own. Do not accelerate the cooling process. If the nut isnt flush with the head you can give it a smack or two to help free it too. Then again use the impact gun to remove.
Once they are all out use a thread CHASE to clean the head. Replace all studs and nuts with new. Use liberal amounts of never-sieze (silver colour) on the studs. (coat the entire stud)

Sean thanks I know you tried hard. I looked all over with search and can't find a picture of these brackets. I guess I'll check the PET and see if they're there if not I'll be fabing something and it might not be pretty.

I've got to get my car up in the air to fix the spoiler (tore it off at SITM) so I'll take pics of mine.

Ok guys here's the conclusion. Got the new manifold installed and exhaust back together tonight. Car sounds excellent what a difference. I no longer think it's too loud it's now perfect.
