Hmmmm, Brown car
strong on the track
not quite as wack
the 911's squirm
as an '80's brown one
churns.

This link is in the original message at the start of the thread as well.

Kim are you going to attend the AutoX after all you did the work of getting the info from PCA?
We need to see people willing to commit otherwise it will go the same way as the track day - no interest.
It appears that there are simply not enough experienced people available on Friday to successfully and safely make this a reality;
not to overlook the $150 surcharge if, say, 12-15 participants commit (over-calculation, but point made).

Could have been fun... we tried, but we fell short. V1 is upon us.
I am overdue in my obligations to the venue as well as our PCA.
Since I am the responsible party here - executive decision must be made to cancel (these plans for) the autocross event.

Perhaps someone can secure other resources.
They may be out there!

Donald,

Do you ever talk to your boy TMAX anymore? Did he fall off the grid or what??

Haven't spoken to him since MF. He was planning on going but fell ill, will check and see if he is aware of this.
Cheers,

We will have Dynomax's ( i think that is the place) facility open to us from 9-5 on Friday, all donations for pulls go to charity. I'll have more information soon.

Finally got around to registering today. It's in the mail, along with my check.

Question: have the plans for Sunday firmed up yet? I'm just trying to decide whether to stay at the Sheraton Sunday night, too. How many of y'all are planning on sticking around Sunday night?

Edit: doesn't matter as much anymore. Just made reservations for 4 nights (check in Thursday, check out Monday).

So....... if we just went for a little ride on Thursday and happen to be in Texas on Friday..... would we still be welcome without any pre-registration??
