New Product: Oil line sets
Oil cooler lines. Re-plated factory ends with Goodridge convoluted, smooth bore, Teflon hose crimped on. Two different versions. One stainless covered and one Kevlar covered...you choose. Won't swell or deteriorate like the factory hoses. Will not pinch shut like the uber soft replacement lines. Some of the best hose on the planet!
Stainless $250 exch
Kevlar $300 exch

Very Nice!!!!
Are fuel lines in the near future? IIRC all of the 16V lines are NLA from Porsche.
Every 928 that ever sees track time should buy these. You do not want to be "that guy" that dumps oil down the racing line.

Nice job on the hoses, they look like they will last a long time.
I would suggest that the steel lines should have some type of outer protection applied to prevent them abrading any chassis parts, they will in short order wear through metal surfaces
( I would suggest the hard coiled plastic, similar to whats used on the brake lines or if you have seen the power steering lines for the 944 something similar)
Apply some anti seize to the rear sides of the hose fittings where the caps secure the hose and also to the threads of the fittings, this makes disassembly easier.

Page 94 in this catalog lists the aircraft type "spi-wrap" This stuff is great, and can make nice bundlings under the dash, or under the hood. Generaly, I have seen this wrap in black nylon (higher heat) or polypropelene (more flex for electrical looms) This is the first place I found it with a web search. It can be had through any aircraft supply, not just IBS. I don't know if you carry this yet Mark, but you should.

I'd be interested if they were for the 90+ MY, i.e. replacements for the 928 107 301 08 and 928 107 302 09
(if I read my PET pdf correctly). I called in last week for them, but was told you didn't have them, so this
could work out well.

I will confirm with my supplier but I'm sure they can do any of the oil lines. This first batch was because we had these cores available. If someone would like to send us their 90-95 lines we will have them done as well (should be the same price)
