Bare with me guys. They are not totally off the mark (from what we have been dealing with in the past).
They originally promised me Week 11, which they said was the ship week from Germany. And I translated it as the delivery week. It was my fault for not posting a week or 2 window from the promised date from them.
But have no worries, the watches will be here soon and well worth the wait.

Dear Chris,
Concerning the 928 watches we can give you the following delivery schedule:

I have been straightforward from the get go.
Everyone has been kept in the loop with step by step details for nearly a year.

Just sent out the email to everyone on the list.
Delivery is re-scheduled till week 15.
Received the email from Laco this morning.
I'm in slow motion today, bad back pain and nothing is helping it.
It brings me back to when we were waiting for the 'corrected' prototype to arrive.
We waited, and waited, then it arrived!! And it was worth the wait
They are a slow, but they are good at what they do.

It is a little bit different, money has been sent. I know it's out of your hands but gee, anyone want to go to Germany and get them off their butts? I wanted to show it to my stepfather who lives in N. Idaho on Christmas...then again on my birthday this week...now I am glad that my health problems have cancelled both trips. He is a watch collector/repairman from way back and has showed me a lot of fantastic things, he's the one that got me interested in watches in the first place.

Dave,
You are right, money has now been sent to Chris... Do you have any idea when HE sent HIS money to LACO?! A VERY, VERY LONG TIME AGO! He had to pay UP FRONT for this stuff gentlemen and it is COMPLETELY out of his hands!
I am with you Dave, lets go to Germany and drive some 928's on the A-bahn and light a fire under these guys!

Dave,
I completely understand and am with you and everyone else. This is the reason I never wanted to take anyone's money until Laco stepped up and said "We're Ready to produce." It really is out of my hands now.
I paid them in June (If I remember correctly). And I was not happy that is was taking so long to get a prototype. If they didn't have such a great product I would be more upset. But I have been pulling my hair out and losing sleep for nearly 6 or 8 months now.
But, the bottom line is, we will have a great watch once it arrives.
And there are only one hundred of them

You know James, that is a good idea! Chris, can we get a factory delivery option like Porsche has? I can imagine that they would get off their butts if 50 928's from the US all showed up at their doors.
