hell yeah !!! my car is finally back together and on the road. A few odds and ends of leather to finish off. But I thought I would show off the results.
* refinsh steering wheel and intcorporate crest
* repair and recover rear qtrs, mold component speakers into Qtrs.
* modifed center console to incorporate nav. system screen, create leather trim bezels.
* modify front door panels to 3 way components, recover and incorpotate crest.
* 2 tome seat trim in contrasting leather front and rear
* rear sub panel with intergrated amps and rear trim panel.
Tell me what you think.

Something man... He's like a mad scientist.
And he must have a really good handle on the Mrs. Because when I work in my garage at home, I get 3 hour allotments before I hear her stomping on the floor above me or screaming down the stairs.... COME UP MASE!!!! GIVE IT A REST!!!!

I like seeing how so many folks are integrating the new DVD/Nav radios! Freaking awesome! That and 100hp over a stock S4/GTS and there is no need to bother looking at Aston Martin, Maserati or Lamborghini!

Are there any pictures of the build process, I am interested in how you fitted the speakers in the doors and rear quarters as there isn't much space there. What sort of box did you used for the sub, was it fibreglassed in?

Wow, that is really cool. Great work!
I just saw the body/engine mods you did in the other thread. I know 3 years is a LOOONG time, but it was worth it if you ask me. I like the two-tone, I think I have the same color carpet, very cool.
Like the nav system install, it came out really nice. Love the rear deck work. IIRC, it was an MDF setup, right? Did you do anything to reduce the weight or was it acceptable because of all the cutouts for stuff? I ended up cutting out large sections of mine to reduce weight when I did the rear seat delete/sub-amp deck in mine because the MDF is REALLY heavy.
I'm not in love with the steering wheel treatment, but it probably looks better than my beat up stock steering wheel so I shouldn't say anything about that.
Otherwise, inside and out, it's a masterpiece I would love to see (*and hear) up close.
*IIRC you've got headers on that thing too, don't you?![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Great work, congratulations on completion of a HUGE project.

The looks excellent man, and i'm afraid to say, i may be a copy-cat! My carpets are terrible in my burgundy 928, and i'm not sure i'm up for the PITA factor of a complete interior color change.
