Default NEW PRODUCT from 928sRus - Racing Timing Belt

Thanks to Travis and Hacker pointing the way I concluded a contract with Gates today to produce the "Racing Timing Belt".
The belt will be manufactured in Europe using the latest technology and materials and in the words of one of Gates's German engineers "bullet proof".
This belt is manufactured in such a way that it will not stretch - ever.

Within 10 days they will forward the tech spec for the belt and I will post it here.

Lead time is 10 weeks from today. So the first batch will be with me in early August or maybe sooner.

Anyone interested in being put on a waiting list to be part of the first group please email me or send me a PM.

Belt will be priced at $149.95 plus shipping.

Small investment to protect your engine and go longer between TB jobs. And no re-tensioning? Cool. I'll get one. Are you making both tooth styles?

Just the later style. If there is enough interest I will consider the earlier style.

I just put a new one on, but think I'll still get the RAcing Timing Belt. The name alone should make Ricerschnitzzle faster...

Wow. I'm thinking next winter's project will be: Porkensioner and racing belt upgrade.

Very cool.

I seeno point to the racing belt upgrade for the square teeth they are non interference. If it breaks put a new one on.

Now keep in mind this won't save you if you don't tighten down the pal nut on the tensioner!

True. It is indeed an inconvenience, however.

Rog Rog Rog, you didn't tell everyone the main reason they are so much better.

You know Blue is faster, and what color are these belts?

Interference or not, a busted TB wastes a weekend of my life. That's worth at least $100.
