My order from them was very quick to arrive. Must have just been a hiccup in the system. I'm sure they will get it right this time.

Dave and Jeannie have always been great, this time of year is crazy for them. I can't imagine them also changing a supplier.

If you haven't been to SITM you don't know what you are missing. It has to be one of the best weekends of the year for me. Great hosts and great friends.

Cheers,
Glenn

There is one REALLY GREAT thing about a thread like this- it gives a bunch of us a chance to publicly express our appreciation for the great suppliers, like 928 Specialists, we are so lucky to have.

982 Specialists have been great to deal with (ok it's only been once so far). Lady on the phone was very helpful with my parts order. I'll check in again soon, have some more goodies to grab.

Yep. Dave and Jeannie are the BEST! If you've never been to SITM, it's like seeing your favorite relatives. Dave, Jeannie and Thor are the most welcoming people (yes... I know Thor is a dog, but he thinks he's people) you could ever meet. Can't wait to see my favorite family members!

I will agree about Dave and Jeannie being the best folks you'll ever meet - and since Thor has kicked me out of a chair more then once..... I'd say he's more like "super human"....

Getting things prepped for the best party and gathering of people is no little feat in its own... trying to keep up with all the orders at the same time is hectic - to say the least.... But I'm still getting all of mine on time!
Thank you DR and Jeannie!

Jeannie - read this to Thor please....
Do not kick Crazy Mike out of the chair - he's bringing you treats!

I've have a stud thread chaser on order for two months or more. Supposed to go out last month, Genie said. Called & emailed several times. I just figured it was SITM full moon over there. Maybe I'll just pick it up when I get there!!

Dave & Jeannie are wonderful people! Thor is pretty nice too. I even have them on 'speed dial'. Always a pleasure doing business with 928 Specialists.

Always nice and courteous to me, sometimes they are busy and things slip through the cracks, but it happens with any business. I will buy from them again.
