Damn that looks good.

If all goes well I'll be there in late May/early June with amethyst GTS.

Thank for that, Erkka!

And well spotted Martin.

Indeed, Joel was a co-pilot on some of the laps, however, he spent most of the time driving himself, doing 50 laps in the space of 2 days! The boy can drive (now)...

The GT went extremely well, the dry sump worked well, and for the first time ever I really appreciated the difference that GTS brakes make hauling you down from 180km/h to 80km/h without a protest.

I tried the suspension settings recommended by Porsche in a letter to Kim Krumb and they worked very well, understeer is gone, however I melted the street tyres in the space of 25 laps. Next trip on the 15th May will be with Toyo R888s - 265/35/18 at the front and 295/35/18 at the back...

It is a must see place for anyone with petrol in their blood

The car is 135mm all round as measured from the pads on the suspension... It used to be 110mm, but it ground too much at speed at the Ring

Alex
Make sure you get GG (the most common and hardest) compound. The SG (rain) and GGG ("qualifying") compounds probably won't last long at the ring.

Your car looks awesome.
