Or maybe Barry Johnson should get first dibs, if it's the car in this thread:

I've sent a note to Beej...I'm sure he'll say something if it is the same...Either way..good deal for someone...tranny alone is worth 3K..if the interior is in decent shape..it's worth good money too...heck..toss in a S4 engine..Murph kit..and have one hell of a GTS

Would make the most excellent 6.5L stroker platform.
does it have a trans in it?
location?

Chuck,
It seems there may have been more than a "handful" with the Cup I wheels. The car cited above is serial # 76, and it has them. The '94 that Todd has listed on Cars.com is serial # 100 and has the Cup II wheels. My '94 is serial # 156, and the OE wheels were Cup II's. Do we know where the break was? And, do we know the "1st" serial number for 1994 models?
Cheers,
Gary Knox

Real hard to see in the picture, but it may have some optional leather interior pieces. Looks like leather front and rear consoles and armrest (I have bigger pictures on my PC).

David, do you know the VIN? Could it be this car: # 0157 - http://www.928registry.org/1993-928GTS-40.htm

Buy it.

You can offer it to Barry after that, but its still better than it being grabbed by someone else, and you want the stronger gearbox if Barry passes

Wish I was in Congress, this would make a good 'earmark' ...
