OK, I"m missing something simple here. I've located the 2 allen head bolts at the front of the ezk/lh units and removed them but the unit is still firmly attached. I don't see any other bolts in view. Are there bolts at the rear that need to be removed and do you have to remove the upper CEB door to get at them?? I could not find info on it here or in the manual after searching for nearly an hour. I'm sure I'm making this way too hard. Any help would be appreciated! THANKS!!

Sometimes they get stuck to the backing. Try prying it away a tad bit.

Dwayne the bolts that hold the Brains are screwed into the bracket to the side wall IIRC there are 2 of them once these are out then sometimes the bracket will stick to the factory carpet glue and they will need some prying as was also mentioned there is a pin that locates the rear of the holder assembly.
Disconnect the battery first then both of the connectors to the brains before you try to remove the brain mount
